I began producing the dressings in my kitchen on the advise of friends and family who love it. It was initially distributed to the public through small outlets such as fruit & veg shops & coffee shops. It is now produced at a kosher factory in the Johannesburg area. Sales in South Africa have since then steadily increased as they have become well known. The dressings can now be found in the larger outlets such as Pick ‘n Pay stores, several Spar shops, butcheries & Deli’s etc. The dressings continue to sell well in the smaller outlets and in some well known restaurants.

In addition we are exporting to Australia, the U.K. Canada and Hong Kong.

We have since added other lines to our range, these being:

• Glen’s Balsamic Dressing
• Glen’s Balsamic Vinegar
• Glen’s Barbeque Sauce
• Glen’s Fruity Chutney
